Green Pea Hummus

Hummus
Hummus is a very delicious, healthy, high in protein vegan dip that is very popular in Middle east and Mediterranean region. It is a dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas, sesame seed paste, olive oil and garlic.  I am sharing a hummus recipe where I added some blanched frozen green peas to make them extra healthy and flavourful. And I guarantee you will love this hummus to have.
